What do the labels mean?

Reduced calories: Products with this label mean that they have at least 30% fewer calories than similar products.

Low-calorie products: liquid products that do not contain more than 20 calories per 100 ml and for solid products 40 calories per 100g.

Light products: They must contain 30% fewer calories than similar products.

Products with reduced fat (reduced fat): In solid products less than 3 g of fat per 100 g of product and in liquid products less than 1.5 g of fat per 100 ml.

Lean products: Fat less than 0.5 g per 100 g or 100 ml. Claims of the formula X% less fat are prohibited.

Reduced sugar: Solid products must not contain more than 5 g of sugar per 100 g and in liquid form 2.5 g per 100 ml.

Sugar-free: The product must not contain more than 0.5 g of sugar per 100 g or 100 ml.

No added sugar: when the product has not been added any mono- or disaccharide or any other substance with sweetening properties, but the product itself contains natural sugar for example in fruit juices.

Increased fiber content: In solid products, the least amount of fiber must be 6 g per 100 g, and in liquid products at least 3 g per 100 ml.
