🚫 Habits that hold us back:

  • “I’m not enough”, “I won’t make it”
  • Comparisons and procrastination
  • Perfectionism & lack of boundaries
  • Guilt when we rest
  • Toxic environment or relationships

✅ Smart changes that bring peace:

  • Start the day with 3 breaths and positive intention
  • Write down only the 3 REAL urgent things of the day
  • Set a limit on social media – listen to a podcast that inspires you
  • Notice the negative thought and ask: “is it 100% true?”
  • Walk for 10 minutes without music, notice
  • Make a “date with yourself” for 15 minutes every day
  • Avoid screens before bed – listen to something relaxing
