Linden flowers (or elderberry) help with colds and dry coughs.
These days many are suffering from a persistent cough left over from some infection/cold they’ve had. Before you take medicine, try something from nature. So if you suffer from a persistent cough, a linden blossom tea can have a soothing effect. Linden flowers are also diaphoretic and diuretic and have a calming and anti-inflammatory effect.

Recipe: Pour a cup of hot water over 1 teaspoon of linden blossoms, let it boil for 5 minutes, and drain. Drink 1 cup daily.
