Redefine the feeling of hunger. Because of the abundance we have around us and the constant snacking we have most of us forgotten what hunger feels like. Try eating on a timer for a few days. First meal, time yourself and eat after 4 hours. Second meal and again after 4 hours the third. After the third meal, do not eat again until morning. No snacks and regular amount of food.
