The oldest people in the world eat little, walk a lot, are social people, are often with friends. They eat natural products, lots of vegetables and fruits, nuts. Little to no meat, some fish. Little or no dairy products, no or very little sugar, little fat. And guess who were the ones who exemplified this lifestyle? The Mediterranean peoples. But something that unfortunately has long since changed. Only a few regions still have it, like Sardinia and Ikaria.
