Accept that you can’t and don’t have to do everything perfectly all the time. That way you will achieve more things. 15 minutes of exercise is better than 0 minutes, 100g of vegetables is better than nothing, 6000 steps is better than 2000. Don’t always strive for perfection. A little is definitely better than nothing.
