Digitalisation makes our daily lives easier, but at the same time it does not help our brains to function better. Many of my patients ask me what they can do to improve their memory. The brain is like a muscle that needs exercise and if you neglect it some of its functions will be lost. So do a brain jog like crossword puzzles, sudokus, play music or learn a new instrument, a foreign language or learn new dances, these can all increase the performance of your brain.
